This is the origin of the Criolla family grapes that became native born, and became the true voice of the American terroir. Two ancient varieties were their ancestors: Muscat of Alexandria and Listn Prieto (known today as Negra Criolla, Misionera or Pas). Their natural crossings gave birth to many
