Morel Jura Pinot Noir Trouillots 2022 Trousseau maple candyOrganic. The Trouillots vineyard was planted by Valentin's father in the early '80s. The terroir is a blend of red and gray marl with limestone bedrock and faces due south; it is the heart of Valentin's domaine. 12 days maceration whole cluster, ferment and aging for roughly ten months in a split of stainless steel and 228L neutral barriques. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2 added.
